Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. This includes using the accounts of other household members where intent to circumvent the single-account rule is identified.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth and any payment details you add to the account. Submitting false information constitutes a breach of these Terms. m999u reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend an account during or after verification if inconsistencies are found.
The platform is accessible to users in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of m999u complies with the local rules applicable to your specific location. m999u does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction and is not responsible for any consequences arising from a user accessing the platform from a restricted region.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. m999u will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a failure on your part to keep your login details secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. m999u will take reasonable steps to investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the matter is being reviewed.
m999u reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion — including, but not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms or unusual activity patterns. Where an account is closed following a Terms breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure may not be withdrawn unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.
All deposits on m999u are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank transfer, standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on the processing timeline of your bank.
You may only deposit funds that you legally own. m999u does not accept deposits made using third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a source that does not belong to the registered account holder will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Payment Security: m999u will never ask for your JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa wallet password or online banking credentials. Do not share these with anyone — including persons claiming to represent m999u support.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method linked to your account. You may only withdraw to a method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account or mobile wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval. VIP tier members benefit from faster processing: Gold tier receives priority queue access; Platinum members receive expedited processing; Diamond members are eligible for same-day settlement on qualifying requests.
m999u reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection of the status of your account. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion and will be released once the process is satisfied.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Limits vary by payment method and VIP tier level. Requests above the standard maximum for your tier may require additional approval.
Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they can be withdrawn as real money. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.
m999u runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, sports free bets, cashback and VIP-tier exclusive promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and apply alongside these general Terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be bet through eligible games or markets before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier and qualifying games or markets are specified in the individual promotion terms.
Each promotion is available once per account, per household and per IP address unless specifically stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through multiple accounts or other means — constitutes bonus abuse and is a violation of these Terms.
Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to track the expiry dates of any active bonuses in your account.
m999u reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active bonus funds at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will remain valid for the duration of their original expiry period unless the promotion was found to be affected by an error.
Sports bets placed on m999u are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body for each sport and competition. For cricket, this means results as declared by the ICC or the relevant domestic cricket board. For football, the result as declared by the relevant national or international federation applies.
m999u reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: where a market was published with a clearly incorrect price due to a system or human error; where the event was cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond a period that invalidates the bet under the applicable sport's rules; or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation or sporting irregularity affecting the market.
In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to market suspension at m999u's discretion. Once a bet is confirmed in the system, it stands unless the bet falls under a void condition as described above. m999u is not responsible for delays in data feeds that may affect the timing of in-play prices.
Maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These limits vary by sport, market type and VIP tier level. m999u reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual account at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets are among the most active on the platform. All PSL bets are settled according to official PSL results. Where a PSL match is abandoned mid-play, bets are settled in accordance with the PSL's own official rules for incomplete matches, with the applicable portion of markets settled on runs scored or overs completed where a result is available.
All casino games — including video slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), and other table games — operate using certified random number generation or real-time live dealer streams. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by m999u or the player outside the normal rules of the game.
Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider. m999u does not modify RTP settings for individual accounts. All players are subject to the same game mechanics as published by the provider.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from dedicated studios. m999u is not responsible for interruptions to the stream caused by external network issues. Where a live game disconnects mid-round, the round outcome — where confirmed by the dealer studio — will be applied to the relevant bet. Where no outcome can be confirmed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m999u platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of any balance held:
Fraud and Abuse: Accounts where fraudulent activity is confirmed will be permanently closed. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be reversed or reported to the relevant financial institution. m999u cooperates fully with investigations into payment fraud and identity theft.
m999u collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and subsequent account use is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and communication about your account and promotions. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal, financial and fraud prevention purposes. If you request account closure, we will notify you of the data retention period that applies to your records.

m999u's total liability to any individual user in any given month, for any cause, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user during that month. This limitation applies to all claims, regardless of how they arise.

Significant changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be communicated via account notification or on-platform notice.
Continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. Outstanding withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed under the terms in effect at the time the request was submitted.
